We rang Live N Invest real estate and asked them for an appraisal of our property. We met Terry Cochrane and did the property appraisal. He was very positive and encouraging towards us in marketing our property. He never pressured us to spend more for advertising, but just what was needed to let the people know that our property is for sale.
